Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after the order is placed.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
  • Please check your spam, junk, or trash folders if you do not see your shipping confirmation email, as it may be filtered there.

Delivery Time

  • Standard shipping times are estimated at 10–14 business days depending on your location.
  • Delivery times may vary based on factors such as customs processing, carrier delays, or weather.

Multiple Shipments

  • Your order may arrive in multiple packages as items can be fulfilled from different warehouses or suppliers.
  • Each package will have its own tracking number, which will be provided via email once shipped.

Tracking Information

  • A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped.
  • Please allow up to 5 business days after dispatch for tracking information to update.

Shipping Issues

  • If your tracking information shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please first check with your local carrier and neighbors.
  • Pearlbud is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the carrier confirms delivery.
