Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 days after being placed.
  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • If you don’t see this email, please check your spam or junk folder.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard shipping typically takes 10–14 days, depending on your location.
  • Delays may occasionally occur due to customs, carrier disruptions, or severe weather.

Multiple Shipments

  • Some orders may arrive in separate packages if items are fulfilled from different locations.
  • Each shipment will have its own tracking number, which will be emailed to you once shipped.

Tracking Information

  • Tracking numbers are provided as soon as your order is dispatched.
  • Please allow up to 5 days for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Shipping Issues

If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

  • First, check with your local postal service, neighbors, or building manager.
  • Pearlbud is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
