Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after the order is placed.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
- Please check your spam, junk, or trash folders if you do not see your shipping confirmation email, as it may be filtered there.
Delivery Time
- Standard shipping times are estimated at 10–14 business days depending on your location.
- Delivery times may vary based on factors such as customs processing, carrier delays, or weather.
Multiple Shipments
- Your order may arrive in multiple packages as items can be fulfilled from different warehouses or suppliers.
- Each package will have its own tracking number, which will be provided via email once shipped.
Tracking Information
- A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped.
- Please allow up to 5 business days after dispatch for tracking information to update.
Shipping Issues
- If your tracking information shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please first check with your local carrier and neighbors.
- Pearlbud is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the carrier confirms delivery.
