Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 2–5 days after being placed. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping usually takes 10–14 days, depending on your location. Occasionally, delays can occur due to customs, carriers, or weather conditions.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 5 days for tracking details to update.
Why did I receive multiple packages?
Some items may ship separately from different warehouses. If this happens, each package will have its own tracking number, sent to you via email.
What if my package shows “Delivered” but I haven’t received it?
First, check with your local postal service, neighbors, or building management.
Pearlbud is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they’ve been marked as delivered by the carrier.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns?
- If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we absolutely accept returns.
- If you are a UK customer, you may return an item within 14 days of delivery — even if you simply change your mind.
How do I request a return?
Email us at info@pearlbud.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue or reason for return
- Photos or videos if the item is damaged or incorrect
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
- UK customers returning for change of mind: You’ll need to cover return shipping.
- If the item is faulty or incorrect: We’ll cover return costs or send a free replacement.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your return or proof of return, we’ll process your refund within 1–2 days. Your payment provider may take a few extra days to complete the transaction.
Can I return something if I ordered the wrong size?
We do not accept returns for incorrect size selection or general dissatisfaction unrelated to a fault — unless you are a UK customer returning within the 14-day window.
Can I return a product if I live outside the UK and changed my mind?
No. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted from customers outside the UK.
