Ordering
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
Because we process orders quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is confirmed.

Shipping & Delivery
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
When will my order arrive?
After processing, shipping generally takes 10–14 business days, depending on your location.
Please note that unexpected delays such as customs inspections, holidays, or weather conditions may affect delivery times.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
If you do not see your tracking email, please check your spam, junk, or trash folders.
Can my order arrive in multiple shipments?
Yes. Items may ship separately from different warehouses.
Each shipment will have its own tracking number.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or exchanges.
How do I request a return?
To request a return, email info@pearlbud.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photo or video proof.
What happens after I request a return?
If your return is approved:
- We will provide the return address and shipping instructions.
- You must ship the item within 7–14 days of receiving approval.
- Items returned without approval will not be accepted.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed defective.
What are my options if my item is defective?
You can choose between:
- A free replacement item, or
- Store credit for a future purchase.
International Orders
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that delivery times and customs processes may vary depending on your country.
Do EU customers have different return rights?
Yes. Under European Union consumer protection laws, customers have the right to cancel or return their orders within 14 days of delivery for any reason.
Refunds to the original payment method are available upon request for EU orders.
Problems With Orders
My tracking says "delivered," but I didn’t receive my package. What should I do?

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please email info@pearlbud.com within 14 days of delivery.
Include clear photo or video proof showing the damage.
We will review your claim and offer a free replacement or store credit.
