Return & Refund Policy

At Pearlbud, we want you to love every piece you receive. While we do not accept change-of-mind returns from customers outside the UK, we are committed to resolving any issues with items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

For customers in the United Kingdom, we also honor your legal right to return eligible items within 14 days of delivery, even if you’ve simply changed your mind.


Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect; or
  • You are a UK-based customer and wish to return your order within 14 days of receiving it (no reason required).

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • For faulty or damaged items, please include photo or video evidence

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, email us at info@pearlbud.com within the appropriate timeframe (14 days from delivery). Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue or reason for return
  • Supporting photos or videos, if applicable

We’ll review your request and respond with return instructions.


Return Shipping

  • For UK change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, return shipping is covered by us or a free replacement will be sent.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of postage until your return is confirmed.

Refunds & Resolutions

Once your return is received or acceptable proof of return is provided, we will offer one of the following:

  • A full refund (including original standard shipping if applicable)
  • A replacement item, shipped free of charge
  • Store credit for a future purchase

Refunds are typically processed within 1–2 days after return approval. Please allow additional time for your payment provider to process the refund.


Returns Not Accepted (Non-UK Customers)

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • General dissatisfaction not related to a product fault
