At Pearlbud, customer satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or exchanges.


Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email info@pearlbud.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photo or video proof.
  3. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with the next steps.
Important:
  • If your return is approved, we will provide the return address and shipping instructions.
  • Returns must be shipped within 7–14 days of receiving approval.
  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed as defective.

Resolution Options

For approved defective, damaged, or incorrect items, you can choose:

  • A replacement item sent free of charge, or
  • Store credit to be used for a future purchase.

Important Notes

  • We do not accept returns for reasons such as:
    • Change of mind
    • Incorrect size choice
    • General dissatisfaction not related to a defect

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.

  • Items must be returned unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.
  • Refunds to the original payment method will be issued upon request for EU returns, in compliance with consumer protection laws.

Additional Information

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome within 1–2 business days.
  • Approved store credit or replacements will be processed promptly.
  • Please allow extra time for your bank or payment provider to process any financial transactions if applicable.
